As November is peak season in Cape Town, we recommend booking accommodation as early as possible.
Below are suggested areas to stay in Cape Town and in the Stellenbosch winelands, depending on your travel plans.
If you’re visiting from abroad, and staying for a longer period, we recommend staying along Cape Town’s Atlantic Seaboard for the days before or after the wedding.
This area is close to beaches, restaurants and many of the city’s highlights.
Plus, we’ll be arranging shuttles, so this area would be more convenient.
For those new to Cape Town, areas we would recommend are:
Clifton, Camps Bay, Bantry Bay & Sea Point.
When you RSVP, please let us know if you would like to use the shuttle service.
Cape Town has some beautiful Airbnbs. We don’t want to sound like the ‘security police,’ but it is something to be aware of when choosing a place to stay. Please try to ensure your accommodation has the following:
– A building with secure access/reception
– Good recent reviews mentioning safety and location.
If you’d like a second opinion before you book, feel free to WhatsApp us. We’re happy to take a quick look and help you decide.
On the weekend of the wedding, we recommend staying in the Stellenbosch winelands. We’ll be arranging shuttles between the venue and local accommodation, so staying in Stellenbosch will make the wedding night simple.
